Hi Folks! I trust this finds you well and gearing up for a couple of great Sundays! Easter takes the cake, of course, but then we also get to celebrate going debt free the following Sunday! I trust you will be here for these services with a heart of celebration!!!
There is so much going on right now that I wanted to lay out the events of the next few weeks, so that you do not miss anything. I trust you will prioritize these special activities and be a part of all that you can. Here is what is coming up…
Sunday, April 17 – 9:00 a.m. – Deacon-made breakfast (start in the auditorium)
– 9:50 a.m. – Easter egg hunt (playground)
– 10:15 a.m. – Easter service
Wed., April 20 – 6:30 p.m. – Quarterly Business Meeting (important, please come)
Friday, April 22 – 8:00 p.m. – Youth Lock-in (ends Sat. at 8:00 a.m.)
Saturday, April 23 – 11:30 a.m. – Ladies’ “Spring Fling” (fellowship hall)
Sunday, April 24 – 10:15 a.m. – Debt Free Celebration
– 11:45 a.m. – Discover Class (Room 306)
– 4:30 p.m. – Grief Support Group (Room 306, led by Larry Bradley)
Wed., April 27 – 6:30 p.m. – Upstream Night (see below)
Regarding the Upstream Nights, these will be special Sunday/Wednesday evening services in the auditorium, with a format very similar to a typical Sunday morning. When the schedule states that there will be an Upstream Night, then the message will be one of the ones listed, designed to help you be “an upstream Christian in a downstream world.” When there is not AWANA, the kids will have one of the special Kid’s Activities to enjoy. If you have not gotten an insert with this information, let me restate it for you here…
